This includes working with Clients, local authority employment partners, schools and colleges, regeneration agencies and charities to explore opportunities for all and in particular those facing barriers into employment.

We also promote opportunities for local businesses and social enterprises and through collaboration with our supply chain we aim to maximise apprenticeship and employment opportunities for local people. This approach positively impacts on the communities around our projects and contributes to the wider local economy.

We are committed to continuous improvement and regularly review our Social Value objectives, setting realistic, deliverable, long-term benefits.
