Chase Farm Hospital

Partnering with you

We work in partnership with our Health and Social care Clients to develop outstanding healthcare solutions which put the needs of service users and staff first, providing services and facilities that reflect the business aims of each individual Client.

Our open and collaborative approach ensures we develop long-term relationships with Clients as we work with them to deliver flexible solutions which meet the requirements and aspirations of all stakeholders. The high levels of repeat appointment we have secured is testament to the success of this approach.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with the building and facilities I have seen but what stands out most for me is the way the staff seem uplifted and so proud to part of this amazing project that was delivered on time and on budget.

Often involved in projects at an early stage, we are able to deliver benefits from inception through to completion and beyond. Our partnering approach secures the optimum input of all design disciplines from the outset, increasing the quality of design solutions and delivering cost and programme savings.

The integrated teamwork and effective communication our approach promotes means projects benefit fully from the specialist healthcare expertise of our highly experienced supply chain.

From architecture and health planning to building services, commercial issues and specialist advice on matters such as sustainability and medical equipment, this input allows us to deliver first class facilities which optimise operational and whole-life costs while remaining capable of adapting to changing service delivery methods.

At the heart of our approach is the drive towards our continued improvement as we work to apply lessons learnt to future projects, sharing knowledge with all parties through supply chain workshops and passing this information on to colleagues across the framework.

We are also actively involved in national initiatives to improve the efficiency of our healthcare infrastructure. This includes:

  • Infrastructure Projects Authority (IPA) – focused on driving down cost and time in delivery of public sector building
  • Construction Innovation Hub – we have been selected to to work within an industry wide consortium to develop a MMC building Platform solution to deliver the efficiency objectives of the Government Construction Strategy
  • P22 Design Working Group – we co-chair this initiative that has developed the Repeatable Rooms and Project Assurance Tools.
