Our IHP team (Joint Venture between VINCI Building and Sir Robert McAlpine) is proud to see the Nightingale North West Hospital project, Manchester make it to the shortlist for the Greater Manchester Chamber Building of the Year Award 2020.
The surge hospital was built in just 13 days at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, under the ProCure22 Framework. This is a wonderful example of collaboration and true determination ny all involved including the Army, NHS England, Manchester Central, and our supply chain NG Bailey, BDP (Building Design Partnership Ltd) and Mott MacDonald.

The award will be presented to the commissioning body at the Chamber Property & Construction Awards Dinner on 14th October 2021.
