Celebrating two decades of Integrated Health Projects (IHP)

Over the past 12 months, Integrated Health Projects (IHP), a leading provider of outstanding healthcare solutions, and an integrated joint venture between two of the most stable and established names in the UK and international construction industry, VINCI Building and Sir Robert McAlpine, has celebrated its successful 20 years together.
IHP was formed in April 2003 specifically to focus on delivery of healthcare projects and we are proud of our continuous role on all three of the ProCure Frameworks since 2003 and we are also delivering under the NHS Building for Wales framework.
On the 12th September, over 150 guests attended Frameless in London, to encounter an immersive experience and a visual journey through IHP’s history, with a selection of pictures showcasing the evolution of our projects. Each image told a story of dedication, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in healthcare delivery.
Earlier this year on 21st of March, the Imperial War Museum in Manchester was also abuzz with over 150 guests from our healthcare sector projects to celebrate IHP's 20th anniversary. They were gathered to celebrate this significant milestone and recognise all the fantastic achievements and projects delivered.
Both evening receptions were not just celebrations, but testaments to IHP’s remarkable journey in healthcare over the past two decades. It was an opportunity to reflect on the progression of project delivery, to revisit some of our most prestigious and proud healthcare schemes delivered to date, and to share with the market the strength and value IHP has brought and continues to bring to the industry.
Jason Gibbings, the IHP Framework Director, shared insights into the strategic vision that has guided IHP’s growth. John Millington, Framework Manager, also reiterated words at the London venue.
John Roberts, Managing Director and Helen Sturdy, National Head of Construction and ProCure23 Framework, spoke about the challenges and triumphs of project delivery, painting a vivid picture of the hard work and dedication that goes into each project and the difference we make to lives, patients, staff and visitors.

IHP has been appointed to over 258 projects, for 90+ NHS and local authority clients valued at around £3.7 Billion.
